An Effective Natural Treatment for Acne : Aromatherapy and Dietary Guidelines

Aromatherapy is an wonderful and efficient cure for acne and most skin ailments. Clinical trials have verified the fact, that the Tea Tree oil, in particular, is most potent and eradicates acne successfully.   • 6 to 8 drops of Almond oil

Blend these oils together and smear over the acne-affected area. Leave on for about half an hour. Then, using a tissue or a soft cloth, wipe off the oil. Rinse well, but do not use soap.

  2. Ensure that you consume one serving of any two of the following everyday : limes, lemons, oranges, bell peppers, tomatoes, mangoes, broccoli, Brussels sprouts or parsley.
